My work spans education, leadership, and human development—supporting individuals and communities in building clarity, developing skills, and pursuing meaningful paths forward. 

Over the years, my work has taken many forms—educator, counselor, interfaith chaplain, curriculum designer, university professor and lifelong learner. What began as a commitment to transformative education has grown into a broader calling: building bridges across cultures, disciplines, and areas of life.

Today, my work centers on creating environments where individuals and communities can grow intellectually, personally, and purposefully. Across schools, training initiatives, and formation-centered spaces, the focus remains the same—to support clarity, growth, and meaningful impact.

 Dr. Serita Maouel is an educator, founder, and consultant with a background in interdisciplinary studies, including education, business, theology, and intercultural communication.

She is the founder of Smith Collins Academy and Smith Collins International, organizations dedicated to personalized, holistic, and globally minded education.

In addition to her work in education, Dr. Maouel engages in counseling, mentorship, and leadership development, supporting individuals and organizations in areas of growth, direction, and long-term development.

Her work is rooted in a commitment to helping others think critically, grow intentionally, and pursue meaningful, well-formed lives.
